Why We Do It

My name is Diana Gibson and I am a PhD student on a mission to help art education in public schools. When I was teaching in schools, I noticed a sense of disregard for the arts and their importance to the lives of the children that we teach. I am on a mission to research this problem and find ways to develop the art departments in public schools and educate others about the important role that art plays in education throughout the entire school, not just in the art classroom. Please help me on my mission to spread the word about art education to all schools at no charge to the schools by purchasing one of my items and helping students learn and retain knowledge through the use of art in all calssrooms.
